Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about picking up your flowers or arranging delivery. Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and stress-free, so your flowers can be enjoyed the moment they arrive.

Pick-Up

Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Late pickup arrangements must be made at least 2 days in advance.
  • Our team can wait up to 15 minutes after closing time (until 19:15) at no additional charge.
  • After this, a waiting fee of HKD $100 will apply for each additional 15-minute interval to cover staffing costs.
  • If pickup is delayed by more than one hour after closing (after 20:00), our staff will no longer be able to remain on site and the shop will close.
  • Any waiting fees incurred will still apply, even if the pickup is rescheduled for another day.

Delivery Timeslots

  • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Appointed Time Delivery

For guaranteed delivery at a specific time (e.g. 15:00 or 15:30–16:00):

  • Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance

Please indicate your preferred delivery time in the “Delivery Notes” section during checkout.

We will try our best to accommodate with appropriate buffer.

Same-Day Delivery

Please contact us directly on Whatsapp to check availability.

Peak Season Delivery

During high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Lunar New Year, delivery times may be affected due to increased order volumes.

  • Recommended - order at least 3 days in advance
  • Peak-season delivery hours: 09:00 am – 7:00 pm

We strongly recommend in-store pickup during these periods to avoid potential delays.

Delivery Restrictions

Severe Weather Policy:
Delivery services will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.

Our team will contact customers to arrange rescheduling.

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable or refusal to accept delivery
  • Inability to contact the recipient

We will notify the customer via phone or email.

A re-delivery fee will apply, or the order must be picked up in-store within 24 hours.

For deliveries to third-party locations (e.g. offices or hospitals), the signature of an authorized staff member will be accepted as proof of delivery.
